The Official Bottom 95% of the Web

I know that there is another 'Official Bottom 95% of the Web', but their homepage hasn't been updated in over a year, so I have decided to take over the responsibility.

The Requirements are simple. If you've never been named a 'Top 5% of the Web' Award Winner, then you are eligible. Your page doesn't have to suck, or even be reasonably bad.

Registering is easy. First, send me an e-mail at [email protected] stating the URL of your website. Then, copy and paste one of this HTML code-
